Time For Chimes

This new talk & variety series will revive the Art of Entertainment featuring dynamic performers such as Tony Bennett, Ray Charles, Lainie Kazan, Buddy Greco, Sal Richards, Steve & Edie, Julie Budd, Bobby Short, Jerry Lewis, Michael Feinstein, Kenny Rogers, Tom Jones, Johnny Mathis, Paul Anka, Don Rickles, Wayne Newton, Barry Manilow, Jackie Fontana & the legendary Sam Butera & The Wildest; of Louie Prima fame. This caliber of entertainers will talk with host Gil Chimes & co-host Pat Cooper, accompanied by the spectacular 16 piece Lew Anderson Big Band.

The show will emanate from the fabulous Time Square Studios, home of "Good Morning America", with New York City's Broadway as a backdrop. Gil Chimes will rely his more than 50 years of show business experience performing on stage, performing on his daily radio shows & his numerous television appearances over the years to attract the the classic performers to his show. These are performers who still perform in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Atlantic City as well as concert dates in hundreds of cities each year but are not as frequently called upon to appear on "The Tonight Show" or "David Lettermen". Their absence from television has created an entertainment void our show will fill! "Time for Chimes" also boasts a production staff headed by Executive Producer Burt Dubrow who started his career as a producer of "The Mike Douglas Show" before moving on to "Sally Jesse Raphael" and others.
